In order to promote staff communication and strengthen team cohesion, on 19th July 2025,Haoting Security Technology (Shandong) Co. Ltd organised a summer team building activity for all staff. With the theme of pragmatic collaboration, hand in hand, the activity promotes cross-departmental communication and creates a positive team atmosphere through a relaxed and diversified form.This activity includes two major parts: technical exchange seminar and collective dinner, aiming to create a relaxed and harmonious corporate culture atmosphere.

The technical exchange meeting was held in the companys multi-functional hall, where the R&D Centre team shared the design concept of the new modular safety cabin through 3D modelling demonstration, while the head of the production department explained the optimization of the process for export products. In the free discussion session, employees from various departments discussed the safety cabin design optimisation, production process efficiency enhancement and other practical work through group collaboration games, business experience sharing and other forms, further deepening their understanding of business synergy.

During the dinner held in a special restaurant in Taian, General Manager Mr Lin, together with the management, had lunch with the staff and exchanged experiences and insights on daily work. In his speech, Mr Lin emphasised: As a life-protection equipment, the safety cabin needs the precise cooperation of every link, just like the spirit of collaboration of our team. The interspersed safety knowledge quiz session transformed professional terms into interesting interactions, and the atmosphere was relaxed and harmonious.
