The first underground intelligent shelter in China that integrates protection, living and emergency response functions has officially started trial operation, adding a hardcore facility to the city is public safety protection system.
This shelter is located 20 meters underground in the city is core area, with a total construction area of approximately 800 square meters. According to the project leader, the shelter adopts a modular design that can be rapidly expanded as needed and is integrated into the city is emergency management platform to achieve intelligent linkage for disaster warnings and personnel evacuation. We hope that through such facilities, we can transform passive refuge into active protection and create a visible and usable safety barrier for citizens, he said.
