Intelligent control panel specially designed for safety cabin scenarios, integrating ‘data visualisation, precise control and emergency response’, which makes the operation in complex environments efficient and safe, and is the ‘nerve centre’ of the safety cabin.
1. Layout and Size
- Adaptive design: The panel fits the space of the safety cabin in depth, and the various control modules are clearly divided into different zones, so that it can be accurately touched even by blind manoeuvres.
- Core Interaction Zone: The intelligent display is the core, integrating functions such as status monitoring, parameter adjustment, and emergency instructions, so that the whole situation in the cabin can be grasped on one screen.
2. Control module analysis
- Instrument area (left):
- Dual mechanical dials display real-time barometric pressure, time and key data, pointer design takes into account the sense of technology and traditional industrial reliability, and still works stably in extreme environments (e.g. electromagnetic interference).
- The black touch screen supports manual input of commands and retrieval of historical data, and the mode can be switched at the touch of a button to cope with different task scenarios.
- Intelligent display (middle):
- The HD colour screen presents the core parameters such as temperature and humidity, oxygen concentration, power status, etc. in the cabin in real time, the data is displayed in layers, and the important information is highlighted as a warning (e.g. the red box flashes automatically when there is insufficient oxygen).
- Bottom shortcut buttons: one key emergency call, mode switch (navigation/avoidance), system self-test, fingertip press to trigger the key operation, for the emergency time to buy time.
- Function button area (right):
- Colour-coded design: green start, yellow warning, red emergency stop, multiple physical buttons cover basic functions such as power, communication, environmental adjustment, etc., with clear tactile feedback, which can be operated accurately even with gloves.
- Knobs & Dials: Fine adjustment of power output and ventilation intensity, stepless speed knob supports 0 - 100% precision control, adapting to the needs of complex tasks.
3. Safety and Reliability
- Industrial-grade protection: The panel adopts IP65 dustproof and waterproof design, and the surface is covered with anti-scratch and wear-resistant coating, which can cope with the vibration, dust and humidity in the safety cabin, and will not fade or lag in long-term use.
- Redundant design: key commands (such as emergency stop, emergency call) support physical keys + touch screen double trigger, system failure can still guarantee the availability of core functions, for the safety of the ‘double insurance’.

1. Safety and security:
Equipped with four-point red reinforced safety belt, with high tensile strength, which can firmly fix the human body in case of emergency and cope with the shaking and impact of the cabin.
The seat frame is made of aviation-grade aluminium alloy, which has passed 100,000 times of vibration and impact test and will not be deformed under extreme environment.
2. Comfortable experience:
dual-density memory sponge filling, dynamic fit hip, waist curve, long-time ride without oppression.
The back of the chair supports electric adjustment (optional manual adjustment), a key to switch the work, rest mode, to adapt to the cabin of multiple scenarios.
3. Detailed design:
The surface is made of anti-fouling and wear-resistant bionic leather, which is anti-liquid penetration and space radiation resistant, and requires only a wet towel for daily cleaning.
