The companyis management, department heads, and representatives of frontline employees attended the meeting. The meeting summarized the safety production work for 2024-2025 and deployed key tasks for the next stage.

Director of Safety Production, Mr. Li, reported the annual safety production data: key indicators such as hidden danger investigation and rectification rate, accident occurrence rate, and safety training coverage rate have been continuously optimized. The safety production compliance rate has reached 98%, an increase of 5 percentage points year-on-year, and no major safety accidents have occurred.

The meeting pointed out that the overall safety production situation of the company is stable and improving, but it is necessary to continue to strengthen the defense line of "technology empowering safety" and consolidate the foundation for high-quality development.

The meeting emphasized:

1、 Safety production is the lifeline of enterprises, and the safety responsibility system must be strictly implemented;

2、 Strengthen the deep application of intelligent monitoring systems and enhance emergency response capabilities;

3、 Strictly implement the "2025-2026 Safety Production Improvement Plan", focusing on three major areas: equipment automation transformation, employee safety skills training, and emergency plan drills.

Meeting requirements:

1. Each department should consolidate their main responsibilities and improve the mechanism of joint management and coordination;

2. Comprehensively promote the action of tackling fundamental problems, focusing on rectifying high-risk areas such as mechanical equipment and confined spaces;

3. Strengthen the construction of the safety supervision team and increase the proportion of registered safety engineers;

4. Strictly hold accountable for accidents and implement the principle of "strict accountability for violations";

Carry out mid year safety rectification work and strictly prevent secondary accidents caused by disasters.
