Recently, pilot construction of underground safety fortresses has been launched in many places. Relying on advanced geological detection and intelligent prevention and control technologies, underground safety facilities integrating protection, monitoring and emergency response have been built to further improve the urban safety protection network and safeguard the "safety under the feet" of the masses.
It is reported that the underground safety fortresses in this pilot adopt a modular design. Combined with high-precision 3D geological modeling technology, multi-dimensional "geological physical examinations" are carried out on underground spaces to accurately grasp basic data such as geological structures and rock and soil characteristics, laying a solid foundation for safe construction. The interior of the fortress integrates functions such as dynamic monitoring, emergency shelter and communication support, and is equipped with complete protective facilities, which can adapt to various scenarios such as geological disasters and sudden hidden dangers, providing all-round support for underground space safety.
A person in charge of the relevant construction unit introduced that the underground safety fortress integrates the whole-chain governance model of "underground CT scanning - dynamic monitoring and prevention and control", which can real-time capture abnormal signals of underground soil, pipe networks and other facilities, realizing early detection and early disposal of hidden dangers. At the same time, its modular structure can be flexibly expanded according to actual needs, adapting to the underground space conditions of different regions.
At present, the underground safety fortresses in the pilot areas have been gradually put into use. Through technological empowerment, they promote the transformation of underground governance from "passive response" to "active prevention and control", make up for the shortcomings of underground safety protection, and provide promotable practical experience for urban underground space safety governance.
