On 24th July 2025, Haoting Security Technology (Shandong) Co. Ltd organised the professional skills training for the employees of the production base, focusing on strengthening the precision manufacturing process and customised production capacity of safety cabin products, and further enhancing the professionalism and operation standardisation level of the production team. The companys production department heads, technical backbone and front-line worker representatives totalling more than 30 people participated in this training.

As a high-tech enterprise focusing on the design and construction of underground fortresses and the R&D and production of security chambers, Howing Technology always puts product quality and production safety in the first place. This training focuses on three core aspects: first, precision welding technology, upgrading the explosion-proof and compression-resistant process standards for underground bunker structure seams; second, material performance testing, establishing the extreme environment simulation testing process to resist war threat scenarios; third, modular assembly specifications, optimising the standardised component assembly efficiency required for rapid deployment in emergency response places. Combined with recent production cases, the technical team systematically explained the key points of quality control and safe production operation process under international standards, and conducted on-site demonstrations for common process difficulties.

In the training, the companys production manager emphasised that continuous technical training is a key link to guarantee product consistency and reliability. By organising regular skill enhancement activities, it not only strengthens the staffs understanding of standardised processes, but also solidifies the foundation for responding to the needs of diversified international customers. In the future, the production base will carry out special training on a quarterly basis to continuously optimise the production management system.
